How to Create SAP BCM Reports in BO?

Introduction

SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence enables reporting users to view available reports, export reports to various data formats and subscribe reports.

Objective

Sometimes user wants blended BCM reports from BO Dashboards with another additional data.

So we can easily combine CRM/ECC reports or any other reports with BCM reports with the help of BO Webi-reports. Blended Analytics is a great way of producing more meaningful reports.

Scenarios

1. You use the CRM and BCM reporting data in SAP NetWeawer Business Warehouse. This is convenient, as the data from both systems can be made readily available there. BW does not contain all of BCM data, as it is limited by SAPphone RFC interface.

2. You query the data separately from CRM and from BCM Data Warehouse, or from OLAP cubes, and combine in your Business Intelligence application. Requires a bit more work, but you have access to full data set from BCM.

According to Architecture, BusinessObject web Intelligence can be used for BCM reporting.
